Hi,
I’m reading Andrew Holecek’s book Dream Yoga and he mentions the use of lucid dream masks. Does anyone have any experience of them? Does anyone know any particular mask that they could recommend?

Many thanks Robert. I had my suspicions but I thought I’d ask anyway. I’m new to lucid dreaming and have managed a couple of lucid dreams so far using the techniques in your books and others so I’ll continue with the conventional approach.
