And suddenly a dream figure opened the door of my room and cheerfully said hello. This was unexpected for me and suddenly I got scared and panicked and screamed and green air came out of my mouth and I woke up. The second time I became aware, I was getting up from the bed and I saw that dream figure again in front of my room door and he was just smiling at me, and I was very angry to attack him, but I woke up. The third time was very interesting, I don’t know if it was a lucid dream or sleep paralysis, I really don’t know what it was, I slept at night and yawned while sleeping and my eyes opened for a moment (actually I was asleep) and I saw that dream figure again, she was sitting next to my bed and there was another dream figure that I couldn’t see well, and the same dream figure asks another dream figure, “Do you think he’s asleep?” And after this sentence, my yawning ended and I woke up. I wanted to ask, what was this experience? and should I face this character? Since I was a child, I have seen a lot of horror movies and games, and in the past, some good supernatural events and one very bad supernatural event happened to me while I was sleeping, and because of this, I am more or less afraid of the dark, and I know that lucid dreaming is a good way to deal with fears and phobias. I wanted to know what should I do? I even decided to enter Kyokushin martial arts to increase my self-confidence. I should also add that there have been many times that after I lie down, I suddenly seem to enter the conscious dream process without practicing any technique. What should I do to make this happen more often? And what should I do about that dream figure that appears many times in different ways?
