Learn about dreams and lucid dreaming from experts in the field at the Southern Regional Dream conference, sponsored by the International Association for the Study of Dreams. From April 28-29, 2017, the weekend conference will occur at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship at 1135 State Park Rd in Greenville, SC, and feature speakers like Robert Waggoner, Bob Hoss, Justina Lasley and many more.

Dreams offer an extraordinary path to uncover our innate gifts, talents, and abilities, and resolve inner conflicts, fears and limiting beliefs. By 'waking up' to this part of ourselves, we naturally become more fulfilled, productive, and happier human beings. Dreams also provide a new perspective to venture outside of our normal way of thinking and feeling. We begin to view the world in a new light. When we begin to see things differently, we begin to act differently, to be different. That moves us toward being our authentic selves. In this workshop, you will discover a comprehensive set of practical methods to work with your dreams, involving highly regarded techniques that you can use alone, or with a friend. Working with methods from Jungian, Gestalt and other approaches, you will see how you can begin to 'wake up' to the unconscious material of your dreams, and bring it to conscious recognition. The second part of the course involves an introduction to the basics of inducing, stabilizing and working with lucid dreams.

This workshop reaches out to all explorers of lucid dreaming – from the inexperienced beginner to those who have ventured far along the path.
