Lucid Advice from Author Robert Waggoner
During my forty-plus years as a lucid dreamer, a profound intent and passion arose in me to help future lucid dreamers see the depth, beauty and potential of lucid dreaming.
My first book, Lucid Dreaming - Gateway to the Inner Self, reaches out to the lucid dream explorer, the adventurers and the curious, who seek to understand this fascinating state of being consciously aware of dreaming, while in the dream state. Here, you can begin to see the principled nature of the dream state and learn to work with the larger awareness of the subconscious mind for growth, insight and transformation. Many have told me that simply reading the book sparked them to have lucid dreams.
My second book, Lucid Dreaming Plain and Simple, co-authored with the talented lucid dreamer, Caroline McCready, seeks to help people understand the science of lucid dreaming (especially the rarely noticed studies of the past twenty years) and the time honored techniques to induce lucid dreaming, stabilize the lucid dream, and begin a fruitful exploration.
Lucid wishes on your journey of awareness,
