Dreams offer an extraordinary path to uncover our innate gifts, talents, and abilities, and resolve inner conflicts, fears and limiting beliefs. By 'waking up' to this part of ourselves, we naturally become more fulfilled, productive, and happier human beings. Dreams also provide a new perspective to venture outside of our normal way of thinking and feeling. We begin to view the world in a new light. When we begin to see things differently, we begin to act differently, to be different. That moves us toward being our authentic selves.
In this workshop, you will discover a comprehensive set of practical methods to work with your dreams, involving highly regarded techniques that you can use alone, or with a friend. Working with methods from Jungian, Gestalt and other approaches, you will see how you can begin to 'wake up' to the unconscious material of your dreams, and bring it to conscious recognition. The second part of the course involves an introduction to the basics of inducing, stabilizing and working with lucid dreams.Find out more
