Lucid dreaming potentially allows access to profound states of healing, insight and personal transformation for those who learn the proper techniques and approach.
Some Buddhist lineages proclaim an action performed in a lucid dream is seven times more powerful than a waking action. Aware within the dreaming, you exist in a unique state, where you can focus your intent for emotional or physical healing, achieve creative breakthroughs, engage your larger knowing and accelerate your spiritual growth — that is, if you know how.
Additionally, you can transfer these insights to waking situations and live more lucidly in this spacious Now. In this workshop, author Robert Waggoner will distill decades of lucid experience into easily understandable techniques and tips to help you experience the transformative potential of lucid dreaming.
Bio: Robert Waggoner is author of the acclaimed book, Lucid Dreaming: Gateway to the Inner Self, now in its ninth printing, and Lucid Dreaming Plain and Simple, co-authored with Caroline McCready. A lucid dreamer since 1975, Robert has logged more than 1,000 lucid dreams, and given presentations at conferences, universities and workshops around the world. He co-edits the online magazine, Lucid Dreaming Experience, and considers lucid dreaming a profound path for growth, healing and self-realization.
